CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped to you.
How long will it take to process cancellation? Once you request the cancellation of your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email. It may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with us directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund.
SPD Energy reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect or Incomplete information regarding Customer’s address (Street number, Landmark etc.) etc.
- Unavailability of products – In exceptional cases, if a product runs out of stock.
- If the area in which customer is residing is not served by us or made out of Delivery area by Logistic Courier Partner even after placing the order.Returns
We offer Return/Replacement within 7 days of delivery of the order. However, there are certain specific products with MRP lesser than Rs.1000, for which we do not offer return/replacement. In the event that a damaged product is received, it must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Guidelines for Returns & Replacement:
- 1. Item is physically damaged/defective
- 2. Varies from the description on the website
- 3. Wrong item delivered
- 4. Wrong colour
- 5. Wrong sized delivered
- 6. Wrong quantity
- 7. Missing parts/accessories
- Customer should intimate us within 7 days of receiving the order
- If an item was delivered defective or damaged, it should be notified to the SPD Energy Technologies (email@example.com) or @ 7506186513 / 9833106513 within 48 hours from the time of delivery
- Product should be unused. Not even once
- Brand packing should remain intact
- Invoice should be available
- All the tags/labels should be available
- Exempted/non-returnable items – such as custom made products Returning a product
In case of returning a product, Customer needs to send the product to us through India Post or any other courier service Convenient to customer. We will not reimburse courier charges.
Steps to follow to return a product
Customer should follow the below mentioned steps in order to Return any item.
- Customer should intimate us through call/email within 7 days of receiving the order. Customer has to make sure that
- A. The product is unused. Not even once
- B. Brand packaging should remain intact.
- C. Invoice should be available
- D. All the tags/labels should be available
- Customer has to make sure that he packs the product in proper manner and paste the invoice on it.
- Customer will have to send the product on his own to us only through India post or any other courier service at the below mentioned address:
- SPD Energy Technologies Pvt. Ltd., 104, Gaodevi Centre, P-68, MIDC Phase II, Dombivli East-421203.
- Once sent, customer needs to share the Courier slip at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Upon receiving the product, a Quality inspection would be performed over the product. It will take 2 days’ time.
- If any damage/defect is found from SPD Energy end, we will try to arrange a replacement; however, it depends on the availability of the product.
- In case of refund authorized by Quality inspection, money will be refunded to the customer.
- In case, product doesn’t clear Quality inspection, we will re-ship the product to the customer and he/she will have to bear the courier charges for re-shipment in order to receive the product. No courier charges to send the product to us will be reimbursed.
Other Terms and Conditions
- Items bought under clearance sale will not be covered under Return policy.
- Items sold as combo can’t be Returned individually.Refunds
- The refund amount will be transfer to the customer based on the payment mode chosen by the customer at the time of placing the order.
- Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking/Wallets – 3 business days
- If you have made the payment by NEFT and Cheque you need to share the below mentioned details at email@example.com from your registered e-mail id.
- Account number
- Account Holder name
- IFSC Code
- Upon receiving the information, your refund will be processed in 3 business days and same will reflect in your account in another 3 business days.Refunds on returned items
Once the order has successfully passed the Product Inspection, refund will be done according to the payment mode chosen by the customer at the time of placing the order.
